Permit to work coordinator

The Permit to work coordinator is the primary focal point for all permit related activities on the HyCO4 CCS project. Reporting to the EHS Manager, this role ensures project safety and compliance by implementing PTW systems and providing expert guidance to project and contractor personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Permit Management: Oversees the issuance, display, and close-out of all permits, ensuring proper document retention.
• Safety Compliance: Conducts onsite audits and identifies hazards to recommend risk mitigations.
• Isolation Control: Monitors and controls locks, keys, and devices (LOTO) for mechanical and electrical isolations.
• Coordination & SIMOPS: Participates in SIMOPS meetings and communicates critical impacts to the EHS Manager and Construction Manager.
• Training & Mentorship: Ensures all PTW users meet competency requirements and conducts PTW training as needed
