Work Location: Solomon - Fortescue’s Solomon mine is located on the traditional lands of the Eastern Guruma and Yindjibarndi peoples.
Roster: 8D6R7N7R FIFO ex Perth
This role is critical to maintaining safe and effective permitting coverage across the Solomon operations and is responsible for all isolation, tagging and permit requirements for the process plant in either a routine daily or shut down capacity.
The position is required to deliver Permitting and Specific Isolation Requirements (SIR) creation for all major and modular shutdowns at Kings Valley, Firetail, Solomon Stockyards, and the Queens Valley Crushing Hub. This position will be imperative to maintaining the safety of people and equipment in and around the plant. We will provide training to build your knowledge in isolations and permit issuing for the right candidate.
