Our client in the telecommunications industry (Fiber/OSP) is seeking an experienced Permit Manager to work on a hybrid basis in the Albuquerque, NM market on a long-term contract position. This person must sit in market or be willing to travel in or relocate at their own expense.


Job Requirements:


  • Review and/ or Prepare, submit, and administer permitting applications. These applications will be for attachment to utility poles, and in some cases for the occupancy and work involved within State and Local rights of way.
  • Request and record payment of permit fees internally or with vendor partners.
  • Report on high volume permit statuses, daily or weekly.
  • Enter data and information on company systems that include Microsoft Office, Sharepoint
  • Monitor progress of pole attachment and municipal applications and facilitate jurisdictional request for additional information.
