POSITION SUMMARY The Permit Coordinator owns the full lifecycle of permitting for assigned projects, from initial research through final approval and closeout.

This role is the primary connection point between internal teams, contractors, and government agencies, making sure every permit application is accurate, compliant, and submitted on time.

The right person will be a sharp, organized problem-solver who thrives on tracking details, chasing down answers, and keeping projects moving even when agencies are slow to respond.
