Job Responsibilities Sales & Business Development
  • Generate and manage sales leads through company‑provided sources
  • Conduct client consultations to understand renovation requirements and budget
  • Present renovation packages, quotations, and project scope prepared by the team
  • Follow up with prospects and close sales contracts
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the main point of contact from first meeting to contract signing
  • Build strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business
  • Handle basic client queries and manage expectations prior to handover
Coordination & Handover
  • Liaise with internal design and project teams after deal closure
