Jobs Responsibilities

  • Process Marine Hull insurance policies and related documentation accurately within service timelines.
  • Review policy information and liaise with underwriters to resolve incomplete or missing details.
  • Prepare renewal notices, dispatch policy documents, and maintain electronic filing records.
  • Support Finance by assisting with reconciliation queries and policy related information.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support process improvement initiatives.
  • Perform administrative and operational duties to support daily Policy Management activities.

Job Requirements

  • Prior insurance admin/policy processing experience
