- Process Marine Hull insurance policies and related documentation accurately within service timelines.
- Review policy information and liaise with underwriters to resolve incomplete or missing details.
- Prepare renewal notices, dispatch policy documents, and maintain electronic filing records.
- Support Finance by assisting with reconciliation queries and policy related information.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support process improvement initiatives.
- Perform administrative and operational duties to support daily Policy Management activities.
Job Requirements
- Prior insurance admin/policy processing experience
