This role leads the end-to-end deployment of the HP Consumer Peripherals Category strategy across SEMEA, with a strong focus on driving sustainable growth and profitability. The position plays a key role in shaping and executing the regional category business plan, working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales, finance, and local country teams to ensure seamless execution. With full responsibility for selected peripherals product lines within the Italian P&L, the role combines strategic category leadership with hands-on market execution, performance monitoring, and customer-centric insights to strengthen category performance across channels and end-user segments.
