Job Description
We are a dynamic team of professionals based in Dubai, specialized in building and scaling high‑revenue e‑commerce brands. We work 100% remotely and are looking for a Performance Video Editor who can create high‑converting advertising creatives (UGC and non‑UGC) for our e‑commerce brand.
In this role, you will be responsible for editing and optimizing video ads for paid social campaigns (mainly Meta) and other digital platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to turn raw footage and UGC content into compelling, performance‑driven videos designed to generate clicks, engagement and sales.
This role is 100% remote. However, we require availability for regular communication with the team, group calls, company meetings and training sessions. You must be able to work independently, while also proactively joining live check‑ins and internal trainings to stay fully aligned with the team and our workflows.
