This role involves designing and executing performance tests, analyzing system behaviors under load, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve performance bottlenecks. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in performance testing tools, strong analytical skills, and a thorough understanding of performance principles to support our digital transformation efforts.
Software Requirements
Hands-on experience with performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner
Proficiency in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and performance reports
Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, New Relic, or built-in tools like AWR/ASH (preferred)
