Position Description

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our Client office at a minimum 4 days per week – subject to change at any time.

This role is for a highly skilled Performance Engineer responsible for managing and executing end‑to‑end non‑functional testing activities. The specialist will focus on performance, reliability, and resiliency engineering, utilizing advanced tools for load generation, deep‑dive monitoring, and chaos testing. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in payments technology and banking and be familiar with modern AI/ML technologies.

• Independently manage and deliver all non‑functional testing (NFT) activities, including strategic planning and execution.
