Performance Tester - Oracle EBS Testing

Primary Responsibilities:

• Act as a performance tester for assigned Oracle EBS modules, ensuring robust performance validation
• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive performance test cases based on business scenarios and expected user loads
• Develop realistic and reusable performance test scripts using industry-standard tools
• Analyze test results to identify performance issues and root causes
• Collaborate with development, database, and infrastructure teams to propose and implement tuning recommendations
• Define test strategies, track progress, and ensure efficient performance testing cycles
• Work independently while providing regular progress updates to project stakeholders
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
