Performance Tester - Oracle EBS Testing

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of performance testing activities for Oracle EBS modules
• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts and scenarios based on expected user load and business needs
• Analyze performance test results and identify root causes of application, database, or infrastructure bottlenecks
• Recommend and support performance tuning strategies with development and infrastructure teams
• Create and maintain test plans, strategies, and documentation for all performance testing phases
• Work independently, manage task priorities, and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for performance analysis and optimization
