Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a Performance Testing Engineer with 3–5 years of IT experience to design, execute, and analyze performance tests for enterprise applications. The role involves close collaboration with development, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document performance-related non-functional requirements for online and batch applications
  • Define performance testing strategies, approaches, and detailed test plans for enterprise systems
  • Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using tools such as
    LoadRunner, JMeter, and NeoLoad
  • Conduct various types of performance testing including
    load, stress, endurance (soak), and scalability testing
  • Perform performance testing across multiple protocols and technologies including
    Web, Web Services, Ajax TruClient, Oracle E-Business Suite,...
