Performance Tester

Overview

• Participate in planning & design of performance test
• Work closely with business users & application team to gather business process flow, application logic & test data requirements
• Develop virtual user scripts
• Coordinate and set up test data for proper execution
• Work closely with business users to validate test data
• Set up monitoring tools to monitor KPIs
• Execute performance test as per test plan
• Monitor and analyze monitors/graphs for response time, throughput, errors etc
• Participate in the analysis of test results
• Conduct root cause analysis of performance defects and ensure proper resolution

Requirements

• At least 3-6 years of performance testing or performance engineering experience
• Experience Performance Test Tools (Load Runner)
• Proficient to do overall test to measure speed, reliability, and scalability.
