Role Description
This is an onsite role for a Performance Tester (Junior/Midlevel only), located in Malaysia. The Performance Tester will be responsible for executing performance tests & designing. Conducting load testing to ensure system reliability and scalability. The individual will also analyze test results to identify potential bottlenecks, recommend solutions for performance optimization, and collaborate with other teams.
Qualifications
Skills in Test Execution and Performance Testing
Proficiency in Load Testing and Test Strategy development
Strong Analytical Skills to assess test results and identify optimization opportunities
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
Familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner is a plus
Experience more than 1 year
