Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with strong hands-on experience in performance testing tools, monitoring, and performance engineering practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability across on-premise and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze performance testing requirements and work with client stakeholders to derive production-like performance requirements
Prepare Performance Test Plans, Test Strategy, Test Estimation, and Workload Models
Design and execute benchmark, load, stress, endurance, and other non-functional tests
Develop and maintain performance test scripts using Micro Focus LoadRunner / Performance Center
Design test cases, test environments, and test data for performance testing
Monitor application behavior during test execution using monitoring tools
Analyze system performance including:
