Performance Tester

Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Performance Tester with strong hands-on experience in LoadRunner to design, execute, and analyze performance, load, stress, and scalability tests for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should be able to identify performance bottlenecks and work closely with development and infrastructure teams to ensure optimal system performance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner (mandatory)
Perform load, stress, endurance, and spike testing for web and enterprise applications
Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations
Monitor system performance using application and infrastructure metrics
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and architects to tune applications and environments
Prepare detailed performance test reports and present findings to stakeholders
