Role Overview: The Level 3 Dynatrace Analyst will technically lead the team, drive advanced observability, and align monitoring insights with business priorities. You will serve as the primary escalation point for L1/L2 teams, provide strategic recommendations, manage critical incidents, and ensure the monitoring platform delivers actionable insights supporting business outcomes. The role requires strong product fundamentals and technical understanding to bridge complex technical issues with business impact.
