We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 5–7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance, load, and stress tests to ensure system stability, scalability, and reliability.

You will work closely with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to validate nonfunctional requirements, identify performance bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands‑on experience in performance testing.
• Expertise in tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, Neoload, or StresStimulus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with APIs, databases, and test environments.
• Background in banking systems preferred; insurance knowledge is a plus.
