Role Summary
We are seeking a hands-on

Senior Performance Engineer

to drive in-sprint performance engineering (shift-left) for complex, distributed systems. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in

JMeter, LoadRunner, Splunk, PowerShell, JIRA, and GitHub , with a proven ability to identify bottlenecks early and tune across the stack. Experience applying

AI/ML

for anomaly detection, auto-baselining, log intelligence, and automation across SDLC and production support is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
• In‑sprint Performance Engineering: Embed performance NFRs into user stories; define acceptance criteria; create lightweight tests.
• Workload Modeling & Test Design.
• Test Authoring & Execution
