Performance Test Analyst

Capgemini Malaysia is seeking a skilled
Performance Tester
to join our dynamic and fast‑growing testing COE to meet the highest standards of speed, scalability, stability, and reliability. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—including development, QA, architecture, and business stakeholders—to design, execute, and analyze performance tests that support high‑quality software delivery for global clients.

• Senior Performance Test Analyst with 6+ Years of experience
• Experience working in Onsite and offshore model
• Work with client teams to align on testing plans
• Knowledge of Test Automation tools – UFT and Selenium.
• Good verbal and written communication skill.
• Experience with HP Loadrunner. Domain expertise in OpenText not required. Require to create and execute performance testing script on HP Loadrunner 12.50
