The Opportunity

We’re partnering with a rapidly expanding Project Marketing & Sales group in South-East Queensland to find a high-calibre Performance & Recruitment Manager. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who excels in growing environments and is passionate about developing high-performing teams.

Working with the leadership team, you’ll help bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the business — strengthening performance, shaping culture, and supporting teams across multiple projects as the company scales. Networking & managing the recruitment side to their business will be a large part of what you do day to day.
