Job Description
The Senior, Performance Management and Insights is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance. This role involves providing insights into business performance, identifying risks/gaps, and proposing mitigation strategies. The individual will ensure databases and analysis work are reliable and support the creation of performance dashboards and evaluations.
Responsibilities
Prepare, review and monitor Daily, Weekly and Monthly business performance.
Provide insights of business performance and escalate potential risks/gaps.
Establish criteria for performance evaluation independently.
Assess potential risks and opportunities and propose mitigation for business owners consideration.
Ensure databases and analysis work are reliable, timely and accurate.
Support and deliver performance dashboard and evaluation by management.
