Performance Marketer


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Build and manage all Meta and Google Ads campaigns — prospecting, retargeting,

lookalike audiences, and brand search

  • Set up and verify Meta Pixel + C-API (server-side), GA4 ecommerce events, and

GTM DataLayer across all website pages before any spend goes live

  • Own campaign structure from scratch: ad sets, audiences, bidding strategy, creative

rotation, and budget pacing

  • Manage retargeting pools: website visitors, cart abandoners, product viewers, quiz

completers — each with tailored creative and messaging

  • Run weekly creative testing — identify best-performing hooks, formats, and CTAs.

Rotate creatives before fatigue sets in.

  • Monitor and report ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, and CPC daily. Flag issues before they

compound.
