Job Description

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets to maximize ROI and ROAS.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve results.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
  • Run A/B tests on ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the Creative, Sales, and Product teams to improve lead quality and customer acquisition.
  • Manage tracking and reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and other analytics tools.
  • Support the development and execution of performance marketing strategies for both B2C and B2B audiences.
