Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and scale paid media efforts for multiple

D2C brands. This role requires deep hands-on expertise, strong strategic thinking, and excellent

communication skills to manage clients, internal teams, and performance outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and other
  • performance channels.
  • Own end-to-end performance for D2C brands — CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, and scale.
  • Analyze performance data and turn insights into clear, actionable strategies.
  • Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad
