As our eCommerce operation continues to scale, we are building a stronger internal capability to manage and optimize our performance marketing investment across all paid channels.
Opportunity
We don't need someone to manage an agency. We need someone who can outperform one.
This role owns all performance paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google, Display, and Email hands‑on, cross‑channel, with full accountability for ROAS and revenue. You'll set the strategy, execute the campaigns, guide the creative team, and make sure every peso and dollar is working as hard as it can.
