The Role

We're looking for a Paid Ads, AI SEO & Analytics Lead to own three critical areas:

1. Paid Ads Management — Meta, Google, LinkedIn campaigns optimized for ROAS and conversion

2. AI SEO — AI-assisted optimization combined with deep technical SEO expertise

3. Analytics & A/B Testing — GA4, GTM, dashboards, attribution modeling, conversion tracking

Why a contractor and not full-time Paid ads setup, AI SEO audits, and analytics implementation are high-skill but bursty tasks. You're needed intensively at the start of each client engagement (2-3 days), then shift to monitoring, optimization, and reporting. A full-time hire would be underutilized 60% of the time. This engagement gives you expert-level work exactly when it's needed.
