Job Description

A fast-growing global fintech client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to lead customer acquisition across Singapore and Southeast Asia. You'll run campaigns hands-on across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, building, launching, and optimizing directly in-platform (not through an agency), with real ownership over strategy and budget.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, from strategy and creative to daily optimization and budget allocation
  • Drive continuous testing across ad creative, landing pages, and audience targeting to hit CAC/LTV goals
  • Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure (GA4, GTM, pixels) to ensure clean attribution
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing creative assets
  • Share insights across the marketing team and mentor junior members as the function grows
