About the Role

Ezjan is on the lookout for an experienced Performance Marketer to take full ownership of paid acquisition across Meta Ads and Google Ads — from campaign setup and optimization to creative strategy, copywriting, reporting, and performance analysis.

This is not an entry-level role. You will work closely with the marketing lead and play a key role in driving growth through structured testing, performance insights, and scalable strategies.

Responsibilities

You will manage the paid advertising engine end-to-end, including:

Planning, launching, and optimizing Meta and Google ad campaigns

Monitoring performance daily and optimizing budgets, targeting, and structure
