Performance marketer

Location: Bangalore or Delhi

We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused Performance Marketer to lead
paid acquisition efforts across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for driving scalable growth through performance channels like Meta,
Google, and other paid platforms while optimizing CAC, ROAS, and overall
marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign management:
 Build, manage, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across channels
including Facebook/Meta Ads, Google Ads, Sharechat, etc.
 Manage full-funnel campaigns (Awareness → Consideration → Conversion →
Retargeting)
 Scale winning campaigns while maintaining target ROAS/CAC
Data Analysis & Optimization: 
 Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR to optimize campaign performance through
data-driven adjustments and audience targeting.
