Job Description

We’re looking for a

Performance Marketer

who understands execution, optimization, and ownership across paid media campaigns. If you enjoy working with data, testing ideas, and scaling performance for multiple brands — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and optimize campaigns across

Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax)

and other paid platforms
Support media planning, budget allocation, and campaign strategy execution
Monitor daily performance and drive improvements across CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
Coordinate with creative teams for performance-led testing and iterations
Maintain campaign hygiene, tracking accuracy, and reporting quality
Prepare weekly/monthly performance insights and support client communication when required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid ads experience (agency preferred)
Strong understanding of Meta & Google Ads platforms
