Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning, launching, and managing user acquisition campaigns for mobile games across paid channels Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives Track and analyze key performance metrics including CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, retention, ARPU, and LTV Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, formats, audiences, and landing experiences Support creative ideation by sharing insights on winning creatives and market trends Coordinate with designers and video editors to request, review, and iterate ad assets Research competitors’ ads, strategies, and positioning across different markets Analyze performance by country, platform, device, and audience segments Assist in scaling successful campaigns while maintaining performance benchmarks Identify performance issues and propose data-driven solutions Maintain accurate campaign documentation and performance dashboards Prepare weekly and monthly reports with insights and recomme...
