Performance Marketer

Nakshathra Gold and Jewellery is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to scale our online sales across WhatsApp, Meta, and TikTok. If you live and breathe ROAS, conversion funnels, and social commerce, we want to talk to you.

What you'll own:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google ads, Snapchat and TikTok Ads to drive qualified traffic and sales.

Own the full funnel — from ad click to WhatsApp/Meta/TikTok inquiry to closed order.

Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and offers to continuously improve CAC and ROAS

Track and report on key metrics: CPL, CPA, conversion rate, revenue per campaign

Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads from ads/comments are converted efficiently

Identify new growth channels and stay ahead of platform trends (Meta, TikTok, Google)
