Job Description

We’re looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who lives and breathes data, experiments fast, and scales what works. You’ll own paid acquisition across channels and be accountable for growth metrics end-to-end.
Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Track and improve KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
Run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels.
Collaborate with design and product teams to build high-converting assets.
Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights.
Manage budgets and forecast performance at scale.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in performance or growth marketing
Strong hands-on experience with paid media platforms
Solid understanding of analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with strong experimentation skills
Ability to move fast in a dynamic environment
