About the Role
PIXXCEL is looking for an experienced, hands-on Performance Marketer who can manage paid campaigns, understand funnels, track numbers, and improve campaign performance across high-ticket lead generation businesses.
This role is not just about running ads. The person should understand the complete growth system — ads, landing pages, funnels, tracking, CRM flow, lead quality, booked calls, and revenue impact.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Run campaigns for lead generation, webinar registrations, VSL funnels, and consultation call bookings.
- Work on campaign structure, audience testing, creative testing, budget allocation, and daily optimization.
- Coordinate landing pages and funnels using FlexiFunnels or similar tools.
