- Run and optimize paid campaigns on Meta & Google
- Drive high-intent, quality installs with retention in mind
- Maintain Empathy's premium and ethical positioning
- Ensure the app is never positioned as dating, adult chat, or counselling
- Collaborate on respectful, compliant ad creatives & messaging
- Track and optimize CAC, CPI, conversions, and early retention
