Job Description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who understands execution, optimization, and ownership across paid media campaigns. If you enjoy working with data, testing ideas, and scaling performance for multiple brands — this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax) and other paid platforms
  • Support media planning, budget allocation, and campaign strategy execution
  • Monitor daily performance and drive improvements across CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversions
  • Coordinate with creative teams for performance-led testing and iterations
  • Maintain campaign hygiene, tracking accuracy, and reporting quality
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance insights and support client communication when required


Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on paid ads experience (agency preferred)
