- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and YouTube
- Generate high-quality leads and drive conversions for coaching and consulting offers
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and creative testing
- Collaborate with creative and funnel teams to improve ad performance and conversion rates
