The Role

ForMen ( is a men’s wellness brand selling personal care, grooming, and intimate wellness products.

You’ll own paid performance across Quick Commerce and other platforms - keyword strategy, bidding, banner ads, listing optimisation, and budget allocation. The goal is profitable growth: hit ROAS targets while scaling spend. You’ll work directly with the founding team and coordinate with ops on inventory and promotions.

What You will do

•      Run and optimise paid campaigns on Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Blinkit, 1mg, and PharmEasy, Meta, Google and other platforms - keyword bidding, search ads, banner placements, sponsored listings

•      Monitor performance daily: ROAS, CPC, GMV, conversion rates - and act on it same-day

•      Manage budgets and bids across platforms, reallocating spend based on what’s working

•      Test and iterate on thumbnails, titles, and listing content to improve CTR and conversion
