Vleafy Technologies Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketer who can take ownership of campaigns end-to-end — from strategy to execution to optimization. This is an immediate requirement , and we’re hiring someone who can start quickly and deliver results.
Role: Performance Marketer
Joining: Immediate requirement
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000/month
Location: Nungambakkam (Work From Office) (edit if different)
Platforms: Meta Ads, Google Ads + SEO (Required)
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
✅ Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns for leads, sales, and conversions
Manage audience targeting, creatives, placements, budgets, bidding, and scaling
Build and test funnels (TOF/MOF/BOF), retargeting, and lookalikes
Monitor CPL/CPA/ROAS and continuously improve performance
✅ Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube as needed)
