Performance Manager – Headquarters

Azul Handling is currently recruiting a Performance Manager temporary. As an aviation operations expert and under the supervision of the Ryanair/Azul management team, as a performance manager you will be responsible for overseeing Ryanair’s operations at our stations, acting as a liaison between all local stakeholders, Ryanair departments and management to promote communication and improve problem solving, ensuring that operations are always carried out safely and efficiently. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

• Oversee the Ryanair group operation in our different stations
• Ensure the Ryanair group industry leading safety standards and customer service ethos are maintained
• Continuous tracking and analysis of the Ryanair group KPIs – OTP, SSB, revenue and uncollected revenue and check-in and boarding closure timings – identifying areas/airports underperforming and implement solutions
