Role Responsibilities

  • Performance Management — Collaborate with the Vendor Account Manager team to establish and implement performance goals.
    • Monitor goal execution progress, e.g., by developing and maintaining performance tracking dashboards.
  • Incentive & Policy Design — Design and optimize incentive structures for Account Managers.
    • Refine Account Manager management policies to improve efficiency and motivation.
  • Operational Support — Assist Account Managers in organizing vendor-related meetings, events, and engagements.
    • Ensure smooth coordination and communication between internal teams and vendors.

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in performance management, incentive design, or account/operations support.
