Role Responsibilities
- Performance Management — Collaborate with the Vendor Account Manager team to establish and implement performance goals.
- Monitor goal execution progress, e.g., by developing and maintaining performance tracking dashboards.
- Incentive & Policy Design — Design and optimize incentive structures for Account Managers.
- Refine Account Manager management policies to improve efficiency and motivation.
- Operational Support — Assist Account Managers in organizing vendor-related meetings, events, and engagements.
- Ensure smooth coordination and communication between internal teams and vendors.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
