Job Description
Eila Solutions is seeking a professional to assist in the complete performance management cycle, including goal setting, annual appraisals, and PIPs. The candidate will also conduct performance reviews and calibrate with department heads, develop KPI dashboards, and conduct training sessions.
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or Business Administration and have 1–2 years of experience in Performance Management.
