**Job Description Summary**: The Performance Engineer is responsible to address analysis regarding the thermodynamic response of an aircraft engine or aero derivative gas turbine, focused on design, testing, production and field activities support.

- Member of a multi-disciplinary team that values curiosity, proactivity, and collaboration, where members of the team need to be learning-oriented and customer-focused.
- Performs parametric studies regarding the interaction of the different engine components.
- Can understand the effect of different ambient conditions and efficiency/flow perturbations on the overall performance of the engine.
