ARRISE is seeking a dedicated Trainer to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. You will train Game Presenters and Shufflers, create training materials, and develop programs to boost performance and quality, ensuring staff conduct games confidently and professionally.

You will design and refine training structures, implement KPI-based growth plans, and collaborate with Shift Managers to tailor training to individual needs, while fostering a growth-oriented, high-performance environment.
