Stride Digital is a performance advertising agency working with UK & US ecommerce lifestyle brands. We specialise in Meta advertising and creative systems that scale profitably.

We are launching a performance creative team to improve results for a group of existing clients and are hiring a Performance Creative Strategist to help build and prove it.

The Role

This is a hands-on role at the intersection of creative and performance.

You will decide what creative gets tested in live Meta ad accounts, build and brief ads, and use performance data to iterate quickly. You will work closely with the Founder, a video editor, and a designer, with freedom to explore ideas and responsibility for outcomes.

The role is mostly internal, with occasional client interaction to share insight and ideas.
