Performance Creative Strategist (Philippines, Remote)

We’re looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to develop and iterate on high-performing creatives across paid media channels. This hands-on role blends creative production with performance marketing and is ideal for someone who enjoys building, testing, and refining ideas based on real results.

You’ll create static and video assets, write ad copy, and turn performance insights into new iterations that drive direct bookings—owning creative output end to end while collaborating closely with Paid Media, Brand, and Design teams.

Compensation & Perks

Salary Range: Up to ₱120,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)
