Job Summary

The Performance Centre Administrator provides administrative and operational support to Sym-Tech’s Performance Centre and Learning Management System (LMS). This role is focused on the day‑to‑day administrative tasks that ensure training programs run smoothly, including training logistics, LMS maintenance, reporting, and participant support.

Position Functions

  • Course Administration: Organize and execute logistics for in‑person and virtual training courses, including class setup, handling and tracking merchandise, and catering arrangements.
  • Document Preparation & Printing: Produce, format, and print materials, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution.
  • Participant Liaison: Serve as the point of contact for participants during their training journey.
