PERFORMANCE ASSESSMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Summary You will serve as a Performance Assessment Representative in the Facilities Engineering & Acq Div SE of NAV FACILITIES ENGINEERING COMMAND SE, Cuba. Responsibilities You will provide direct oversight of the Contractor's Quality Management Program, to monitor contractor's performance of work while enforcing safety standards and perform a variety of administrative and operational contractual functions. You will serve as the government's designated representative, and the immediate point of contact to the contractor's representative. You will advise other PARs and assist the FSCM with review of safety compliance for service contracts with specific emphasis on high hazard operations. You will make timely follow up assessments for non-performed or unsatisfactory performed work with guided corrective measures, and process actions adjustments through the respective acceptable levels.
